GCI April 2014 Full Moon Synchronized Care Focus

Capture

Welcome to the Global Coherence Initiative’s April 15th, 2014 Full Moon (07:43 GMT/UTC) synchronized Care Focus. In order for GCI members around the world to participate at a convenient time, we have chosen4 a.m., 12:00 p.m. (noon), and 8 p.m. Pacific Time (GMT/UTC minus 7 hours) when GCI members in theGlobal Care Room can do the Care Focus together.* Thank you for being with us.Let’s start by connecting in the heart with everyone participating in the Global Care Room and radiating love and appreciation to each other.

April 22nd is Earth Day. One of our greatest contributions at this time would be a collective commitmenteach day to feel the respect, commitment and genuine appreciation for Earth that we summon from our hearts each year on Earth Day. We can increase this afterglow by taking more responsibility for our energy expenditures—especially our thoughts, feelings, emotions and our actions. As we qualify our life through the heart, we increase our capacity to love and care for Earth, ourselves, others, and Earth’s creatures. Increasing our love raises our vibration, which connects us with a self-sustaining frequency of attunement and harmonious interaction with Earth, day-to-day.

As we celebrate Earth Day and all that Earth gives to us, let’s remember to also send our most genuine care and compassion to those on our planet experiencing extreme stress through these changing times. If you are in a stressful situation, tune into the collective heart energy to boost the effectiveness of your own self-compassion. It’s okay. We are all connected.

Care Focus – Appreciating our Earth
    1. Center in the heart and breathe love and appreciation for a minute or two. This warms your heart and increases heart coherence.
    1. Connect with the love and compassion from Universal Source, then radiate this higher vibration into Earth’s energetic fields.
    1. Now connect with the collective heart of the people throughout the world who are celebrating our Earth, and radiate love and care into the vision of pristine restoration to all oceans, rivers, flora and fauna that live on Earth. Know this will come about, without being attached to the timing of it.
    1. Let’s commit to raising our personal vibration and becoming more responsible for our own energy, understanding that this will help magnetize higher vibrational solutions to Earth’s challenges.
    1. Now, let’s send our most genuine care and compassion to those experiencing stress from the Earth changes, to those suffering from starvation, disease, wars, injustice and repression, and to regions of stress, as your heart intuitively guides you.
After 15 minutesYou can continue to do the Care Focus in the Global Care Room, if convenient, after the full moon period, as this will help raise the vibratory rate of the personal and collective field environment.

Thank you for your participation in this Care Focus.GCI Steering Committee and Staff
